ABOUT GUTTER-FLOW

We Know Our Gutters

Gutter-Flow is brought to you by a team of plumbers, roofers and gutter cleaners and we seriously know our gutters. We have been working in the gutter game for over 40 years and we’d go so far as to say there’s no one in Australia that understands gutters and how to keep them clean better than us!

Our network of gutter cleaners (www.guttervac.com.au) will install any gutter guard system that you choose, but our years of experience have shown us that the Guttter-Flow system is the best on the market.

Fires

Gutter-Flow gutter guards are not fire retardant. When bush fires or property fires are imminent remove Gutter-Flow from gutters, block downpipes and fill gutters with water as recommended by fire authorities.

The honest truth about gutter guards

Over the past 15 years our gutter cleaners (www.guttervac.com.au) have tried and tested pretty much every gutter guard system on the market. And we’re going to tell you what a lot of gutter guard companies won’t; the truth about the effectiveness of gutter guards…

Despite what you hear, there’s no gutter guard system on the market today that will completely prevent the need for gutter cleaning. While searching for a gutter protection system, we’re sure you’ve read statements like “You’ll never have to clean your gutters again” or “Gutter maintenance is over once you install our gutter guard”.

We have some bad news for you. These statements are just not accurate.

Here’s why:
Please don’t get us wrong, we love gutter guards as they help gutters to continue flowing, but remember that with every gutter protection system (even ours) you will still need to have your gutters cleaned. A good gutter protection system will help to keep your gutters flowing in between cleans. And while they might stretch out the timing between cleans, you’re still going to have clean those gutters!

You want to avoid gutter systems that are permanently fixed to your gutters as they difficult to clean under, costly to remove and can cause permanent damage your gutters.

Here are some photos of gutters that have a gutter protection system installed. As you can see, they still need cleaning!

With the knowledge that you are still going to clean your gutters from time to time, it’s important to choose a cost effective gutter protection system that will not only keep the water flowing through your gutters but that will also be easily removable and re-usable.

The Gutter-Flow is a cost effective solution to your gutter problems. Our system costs a fraction of other systems on the market.

Gutter-Flow is the perfect way to maintain efficient water flow through your gutters.

How it works

The Gutter-Flow bristles prevent leaves and debris from building up and collecting in the guttering, while still allowing water to continue to flow freely into the rain gutter through the bristles and down your downpipes.

Our system will keep your gutters flowing in between cleans.

How it’s supplied

Gutter-Flow is 100mm in diameter and is supplied in 1 metre pieces that are easily placed into the gutter. It’s made from galvanized wire with PPE bristles that can be cut down or bent to fit most gutters perfectly.

How to install Gutter-Flow

Our Gutter-Flow system is simple and easy to install, with no tools required:

  1. First, clean your gutters or have one of our specialist cleaners do it for you. Visit www.guttervac.com.au. We recommend that you have your gutters vacuum cleaned so all fine dirt, debris, mud and sludge is effectively removed. You should also ensure that your downpipes are clear and flowing before you install the system.
  2. Place the Gutter-Flow in your gutters from end to end. You can easily bend Gutter-Flow around corners. If you reach the end of your guttering and your piece of Gutter-Flow is too long, just fold it over or cut it off.

Even though our product is easy to install, it still requires working from a roof or ladder – which can be dangerous. We recommend getting your Gutter-Flow system installed by an expert, you’ll be amazed at how cost effectively our installers can do this for you. Our team will vacuum clean your gutters and downpipes (to the first bend) – leaving your gutters spotless and your downpipes flowing – they’ll then install the Gutter-Flow system for you.
